The Beginning of the Blog

Hello! And Welcome.
I am excited to start this blog. My mind is full of information, some of it useless (such as the pope cannot be an organ donor) but most of it helpful (like a tablespoon of homemade milk kefir has more probiotics in it than a whole bottle of probiotic pills). This blog will be devoted to the helpful information, though I cannot promise tidbits of random information won’t make its way in here. Any which way, you will be educated, whether you like it or not.
I hope to use this platform to share information about healing with food, how our energetic body interact our physical and mental bodies, how we can address illnesses with both food and energy, and of course a collection of reviews of helpful resources such as books, podcasts, videos, webinars, etc. I want this to be an easy way for people to sit down, and have a quick learning moment that answers questions or drives you to learn more!
My goal is to help people lost in their health that don’t know what the right next step is. The person that looks at other programs and wonders how they are going to take the triangle shaped program and make it work for their star shaped person. Going carnivore helped ‘X’ person, so I’m going to do that. This influencer says to start your morning with hot lemon water with cayenne and swears by it so I should do that too. I guess I should take a protein powder so I can make sure that my daily protein intake is above 100 grams. These are all great examples of people making health decisions based on what other people have said.
“Well, you are going to tell me health related stuff too. What makes you any different?”
I am not telling you what to do. My job is to interpret what your energy is communicating. Your own body will the one calling the shots, tell you what you need to be healthy and who you are designed to be. Your body will say what foods or nutritional programming will work best for you. We will work together to help eliminate food intolerances, absorption issues, deficiencies, while also working on perhaps why changes in the past may not have worked. This could be things such as limiting belief systems about yourself, stress or trauma, interfering emotional responses, unrealistic expectations you are imposing on yourself subconsciously, etc.
So as you are reading these blog posts, this is not a ‘You must do this to be healthy or else you fail’ type of blog, but a ‘Hey, maybe this could help you and we can work together to check if it will’. I look forward to the opportunity this has, both for myself and for all my future clients out there.
