Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed session leaves a hole in the NB specialist’s day that could have been filled by another client. The NB specialist does not get compensated if you miss your appointment so please respect their time and give other clients the chance to take your appointment.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. ***If no notifications, or less than 24 hours is provided, you will be charged half the cost of your appointment price as a no show fee. If you need to reschedule prior to the 24 hours, please feel free to do so.
