My mission is to help you find the right next step to health. I want to help people who are overwhelmed by the options and feel stuck, whether it is for their own health or their kids! I want to help parents who are struggling with the little things. Like why too much bread makes an eczema patch show up on their child’s face. Or why their other kid has decided their life purpose is to live off Swiss cheese. Or why mom needs 5 cups of coffee a day and still feels run down.
By using Natural Bioenergetic techniques and the power of proper nutrition, we will work together to get the your’s, your kid’s or the whole family’s health back in balance.
I’ve been in that position; a mother of a not so healthy child. It was a constant struggle of trying to find out why his body couldn’t tolerate certain foods or why he could only function on a very strict routine. There were so many “solutions” but I didn’t know which one would actually help him. And in all this, I was devoting all my own energy to help him and not to take care of myself.
Through very hard work, lots of time and plenty of missteps, he did get better. His healing came through food. It was a lot of work trying to get to a point of a baseline diet where he wasn’t reacting to anything. And from there, we slowly worked on providing deep nutrition, supporting his gut and eventually, adding foods back into his diet. Which sometimes went really well, and sometimes went not well at all.
And throughout the entire journey, I wished there was an easier way to figure out what to do, rather than trial and error. Then, during one of our “errors”, I met a Natural Bioenergetics specialist, who helped his body recover from the slip up and gave answers as to what to do next. I was instantly intrigued and blown away. And so I dedicated 4 years of studying Natural Bioenergetics, under the idea that that it would help my child.
Which it did! But the biggest help was to myself. I learned ways to help myself with depression, anxiety, fear of failure, perfectionism, burn out and more. All issues related to being a mom burning herself out trying to heal her child through sheer determination and love, trying her best to give her children the world. And having been through everything, I want nothing more than to help other people get through the challenges of being a parent of a child that is being limited by their body. The child that can’t eat any sandwich because they react to both bread and gluten free breads. The child that gets overwhelmed by something as simple as their pants feel wrong. The mom that herself is struggling with eating properly, resulting in living off of coffee and hiding in the pantry to eat a chocolate bar. And the mom who feels so overwhelmed with managing it all, that their own pants start to feel wrong. (If you have a sensory kiddo, you know!)
